GateNoticeOptions

The override a catalog gate accepts. A one-line messagemessage reword or a full noticenotice replacement. Accepted by the agnostic catalog gates and, nested per refusal, by RequireRoleRequireRole. RequirePermissionsRequirePermissions and RequireBotPermissionsRequireBotPermissions take RequirePermissionsOptionsRequirePermissionsOptions instead.
